In our effort to assist the farmers, the Union maintains the cost of production at a minimal level and we have embarked on the provision of farm inputs and coffee processing materials at affordable prices. We buy coffee in bulk thus benefitting from economies of scale, which is in turn passed on to the farmers via subsidized farm inputs.
Coffee farmers can also enjoy the benefit of acquiring farm inputs on credit basis, and free training on the best way of utilizing the inputs for maximum utility and best agricultural practices.
